Hydrocyclone Cluster

A number of hydrocyclones work together and it is named as hydrocyclone cluster. Under the effect of pressure, the slurry enters the shell through the feeding pipe in worm-shaped direction, and makes the circumnutation in the shell. The coarse particles or the dense particles get to the periphery of rotary current because of bigger centrifugal force and turn into sanding through the spigot. Due to the smaller centrifugal force, the fine particles will stay in the middle of the rotary current and move up along with the flow, and finally become overflow discharged from the overflow pipe.
Cluster is one of the most commonly used mining equipment, which is widely used in mineral processing, construction materials, silicate and chemical industries. In the production of small scale, medium scale or large scale mineral processing plants, it is generally used as the classifying machine thickening machine or dewatering machine for metal ores of gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc, nickel, manganese, iron, molybdenum, chromium, tin and others, as well as limestone, barite, quartz, graphite, feldspar, fluorspar, etc.
